Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need new gaskets or hardware to install this?
You'll want fresh gaskets at both the intake and outlet flanges—reusing old ones risks exhaust leaks. Hardware is standard M8 or M10 bolts depending on your flange; most shops have them in stock.
Will this work with a turbo tune or stage 2 tune?
This converter is built for turbo engines running at normal boost levels. If you're running significantly higher boost than stock, confirm your tune's exhaust backpressure specs match this converter's flow rating first.
How long does installation typically take?
Expect 1–2 hours if you're working in your own garage. The assembly bolts up quickly once you get the car on ramps and can reach the flanges comfortably. Have a jack and socket set handy.
