The Bayern Motor Werks EA888 Complete Replacement Engine for the CAE CDN CFK CPM Generation 2 Series builds is the perfect upgrade for a worn, oil consuming, poor performing OEM engine.  Once the factory EA888 gets to 150-180K miles, they are prone to catastrophic failures, begin consuming oil at a high rate and producing far less power than design standards.  The factory engine is known to develop excess carbon build-up in the manifold, cylinder head, and within the piston rings that cannot be circumvented.  A fresh complete assembly is economical, increases overall power and torque output, making the car more efficient. The Bayern Engine has many advantages over the OEM engine.  Our complete assembly features all the updated piston and rings, as well as the updated cylinder head design and timing chain assembly.
