The components installed in the cylinder head: As we are selling a high-quality product, Bayern Motor Werks Heads only use original quality components in its cylinder heads. In other cylinder heads on the market, the roughness of the valve guide (measurement of the surface roughness) is 3.5 times greater than the specified original, and this hinders the valves sliding. Also, the pre-chambers in these cylinder heads have a low chrome content, and therefore they are not as resistant as the Bayern Motor Werks cylinder heads when withstanding the heat that is produced.

The Material in the cylinder head bridges: The bridges are also an important part because they ensure that the cylinder head camshaft works properly. The cylinder heads made by other manufacturers, show evident signs of porosity which is a direct result of the poor quality of the raw materials used.
