Material: Made from TIG-welded T304 grade stainless steel for durability and longevity.
-
Single-Piece Design: A solid-unit construction eliminates common issues associated with multi-piece downpipes.
-
Precision Fitment: Laser-cut mounting brackets and CNC-machined prongs ensure a perfect fit with your stock mounting points.
-
Connection Options: Includes a 2.5" reducer for stock systems and a 3" adapter for upgraded cat-back exhaust systems, using a CNC-machined v-band system for a secure and leak-free connection.
- For a catted version, a 200 Cell High-Flow Catalyst is available as an alternative.
-
Flex Section: Incorporates a stainless steel flex section to reduce turbocharger stress during acceleration, cornering, and braking.
-
Performance Gains: Expect gains up to 60 WHP and 105 WTQ with a proper tune, especially with the stock IS20 turbocharger.
Performance Benefits
The OEM downpipe in your Audi A3 8V can limit your engine's performance due to its restrictive catalyst, causing higher back-pressure and turbo lag. Replacing it with the Palenon Performance Downpipe will drastically improve exhaust flow, reduce back-pressure, and support higher boost levels, particularly with Stage 2+ tuning. This upgrade is crucial for running aggressive tunes safely and effectively, providing a noticeable improvement in both performance and sound.
Cel Delete Kit
Vehicles manufactured from 2019 onward are highly sensitive, and the Check Engine Light (CEL) may not always be eliminated. However, the modification may help delay its activation. This is designed to be universal and generally speaking we cannot guarantee it will work. These are built to be adjustable. Email us if you get any codes.
