Tech tip:The fit between thestub axle and bearing inner race is designed to be a very slight interference fit (less that .0005”), not a slip-fit. Your used stub axle may be just worn enough for the new bearings to slip right on, but some force and/or heating of the bearings might be necessary, especially if the stub axle is new.
